If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before the order is shipped. Changing the address during the order delivery period may incur shipping costs and extend the shipping time

Once we receive your order, we will send an email order confirmation letter to your archived email address. It contains product information and detailed address, etc. If you need to modify order information, please reply to the email order confirmation letter within 24 hours. We will arrange production 48 hours after the email order confirmation letter is sent. Once production is completed, we will not be able to modify the information

No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to zkq0144@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and find the best way to fix the issue.

Please note that if damages are not communicated within 24 hours after delivery, it will be difficult to claim the damage was due to the transit. Please be sure to inspect your delivery as soon as possible to avoid any possible replacement costs.
