- Tracking information for oversized items and freight transportation
Please note that the tracking information of the shipment may not display real-time movement status, but partial movement status will be displayed until it arrives at the shipper's hub for intermediate inspection. Once the goods arrive locally, the shipper will call you and arrange delivery at your convenience.
- Sign for damaged or defective items
Please inspect your product on-site upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly, please immediately refuse receipt and indicate the reason for refusal on the carrier's waybill. Please also take photos or a quick video to demonstrate the issue and provide evidence. Providing product images, packaging, and external labels will greatly expedite your process. If the carrier's waybill shows that the customer has signed for the goods normally without any abnormal problems, but later discovers that there are abnormal problems with the goods, the customer can only bear the responsibility on their own.
- Package lost
If the package is not received or lost during transportation, but shows the delivery address related to the delivered order, we will not be responsible for the undelivered goods. We will assist in handling and submit tracking and claims to the relevant carriers to help customers find lost packages faster. If delivery fails due to reasons such as unclaimed, package rejected, undeliverable, invalid address, or lack of signature, applicable return and reshipment fees will be charged and will not be considered as cancellation.
- General order cancellation or change
If you decide to change or cancel your order, please feel free to contact us within 48 hours of placing the order to avoid incurring additional fees. Requests for changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing an order will not incur any fees. After 48 hours, your shipment will begin production, and any subsequent changes or cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to cancel an existing order and place a new one, please provide a new 'expected delivery' date when making a new purchase. - Order acceptance/confirmation
When placing an order, you must hold a valid credit or debit card and register an account on our website. When placing an order, you should follow the instructions provided. Lkikos has the discretion to refuse or cancel any order and limit the number of orders.
Lkikos may require additional qualification information before accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your order, we will send an email order confirmation letter to your archived email address. However, your receipt of the order confirmation letter does not imply Lkikos's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our sales offer; We just confirm that we have received your order. Lkikos reserves the right to accept or reject your order at any time for any reason after receiving it. If Lkikos cancels the order after you have received the bill, Lkikos will refund the bill amount.
No matter what price you have seen or heard before, once you select the product you want to order, it will display the fees you must pay (if applicable) and any applicable shipping costs. You must pay the full amount for the product through one of the payment methods provided on our website. Anyway, we are not obligated to accept the order until we receive full payment.

- Deliver
Due to the fact that actual delivery may be affected by many events beyond Lkikos's control after the product is shipped, Lkikos is not responsible for delayed delivery. However, we will work with you to communicate promptly and ensure smooth delivery.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions on the website are accurate, and we rely on information provided by material suppliers. Unfortunately, sometimes our website may contain errors, and we reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccurate information at any time, including after you place an order. In some cases, there may be slight differences between the product images and the product you receive. We strive to ensure that all colors are displayed accurately, but please note that the colors displayed on different monitors and screens may vary slightly, and the color effect may also differ when taken in sunlight or in dark corners.
