【30 day worry free return policy】
▶ Return time limit: Within 30 days after receipt, you can apply for a return
▶ Required documents: Order number/purchase voucher must be provided
▶ Product requirement: Keep brand new and unused (compressed sofa unpacked/installed sofa non returnable)
▶ Kind reminder: Keep all original packaging materials and package according to the original transportation method
▶ Special note: If the order needs to be modified/cancelled, please contact us within 48 hours. Orders will be automatically confirmed for production after this period and cannot be adjusted afterward
【Refund Time Limit】
▶ After the product passes the quality inspection, the payment will be automatically refunded within 10 working days
▶ The bank/payment platform takes an additional 1-5 working days to receive the payment
▶ Non brand new products reserve the right to refuse return
【Cost Description】
▶ Non quality issue return: shipping cost to be borne by the buyer
▶ Secondary delivery fee: Duplicate delivery fees caused by buyer factors such as incorrect address/no one signing for it shall be borne by the buyer
▶ Special service fee: Additional fees for stair handling/ultra long distance translation, etc., are directly charged by the logistics provider (not related to Lkikos)
