If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before the order is shipped. Changing the address during the order delivery period may incur shipping costs and extend the shipping time

If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. Our team will assess the damage and find the best way to fix the issue.
