【30 day worry free return policy】
▶ Return period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt (the 30 day return period we provide exceeds the EU's minimum 14 day no reason return requirement, providing more protection for your shopping).

【Return Product Requirements】
▶ The product needs to be kept in a brand new and unused state (compressed sofa unpacking, installed sofa cannot be returned)
▶ The product must retain all original packaging materials and be packaged according to the original transportation method

▶ Special note: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours after placing the order. The order will be automatically confirmed for production after 48 hours and cannot be adjusted thereafter.

▶ If you need to process a return, please take a comprehensive photo of the product to clearly show its condition. Then send the photos and return request to the email zkq0144@gmail.com We will review the email as soon as we receive it, and if approved, we will confirm the return via email. At that time, please package the goods properly according to the "Return Product Requirements" and send them back by yourself.
【Cost Description】
▶ Non quality issue return: The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer
▶ Secondary delivery fee: Duplicate delivery fees caused by buyer factors such as incorrect address or lack of signature must be borne by the buyer

【Refund Time and Refund Method】
▶ Upon receipt of the returned product and passing the quality inspection (completed within 5 working days to ensure it is brand new and undamaged for resale), the payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
